City North Shopping Center
City North Shopping Center - Phoenix, Arizona
Watch out Scottsdale, and Tempe - Phoenix now has the new City North shopping center! This new place to shop and dine is located at 56th Street and Deer Valley Drive off the Loop 101 in north Phoenix.
The planners have not researched what happened to downtown Tempe when Mill Ave turned into mostly paid parking - people stopped spending money on Mill! Fashion Square valet parks the cars in the parking garage - they leave the open parking for the customers. And at Paradise Valley Mall you can always find close free parking.

Commonly, the violation of the mortgage is a default in payment of a promissory note, secured by a lien on the property.
